Yes, it’s an odd title for a post, I know, but it’s part of a tradition of sorts. Every year my roommate from college sends out her Christmas cards with some non-traditional saying on it and often it’s just the thing that works for me.

One year it was a photo of her new triplets in a single stroller with one in front of the other and instead of a simple Merry Christmas it said “Bound for Glory!” I wrote that on my studio walls before we sealed them up and it just seemed right. This year it was peace, hope and cookies. Perfect again. I wish that for you all in 2009.
